 WHO IS AN IDEAPRENEUR

An ideapreneur is somebody who likes to generate new and innovative ideas - whether for business or other purposes - and to help realize them.  Ideapreneurs are radical inventors of change, instigating original ideas that add value which are sustainable commercially. The term is a neologism portmanteau derived from the words "idea" and "entrepreneur".  An ideapreneur is a person that is continuously initiating innovative ideas which are centered on the core goal of solving problems and acting upon them. The word was inspired by Peter F Drucker’s book Innovation and Entrepreneurship in which Drucker explains the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship. ‘Innovation is a discipline, with its own, fairly simple rules. And so is entrepreneurship. Neither of them requires geniuses. Neither of them will be done if we wait for inspiration and the kiss of the muse. Both are work. And only those businesses, and those business executives, who accept this are likely to survive.’ Ideapreneurs are people who succeed in first identifying the opportunity for change in a field, and then execute a strategy that creates shareholder value by bringing innovation into the field.

Influences, personality traits, and characteristics

Sharing many of the traits of entrepreneurs and artists,  all possess focused and determined minds that generate ideas with the purpose of causing a reaction. Though like an entrepreneur they act upon their ideas to create a sustainable enterprise. Achieving results through a proactive attitude, leading others into the often unknown and therefore are considered risk takers and pioneers. Restlessness, unpredictable, extroverted and creative are often words used to describe them. Ideapreneurs share the same leadership qualities as an entrepreneur; they often collaborate with individuals who have financial or operation management backgrounds.

Unlike entrepreneurs, an ideapreneur only represents those with original ideas that also bring value.

AN IDEAPRENEUR SHOULD BE A CATALYST WITHIN THEIR INDUSTRY EVOKING CHANGE AND DISRUPTING THE STATUS QUO!

The Genius The Future Awaits!

Now here's the big QUESTION

WHO IS A GENIUS?

The answer to this question will set every human ablaze, keep them at their best capacity and produce a better technological future since humans are the gods of technology.
But here's the big PROBLEM too

NO HUMAN HAS GIVEN A COMPLETE DEFINITION OF "GENIUS"

 Of course I don't expect you to believe that! But you had better believed it. For most of its history, the debate over what leads to genius has been dominated by a bitter, binary argument: is it nature or is it nurture — is genius genetically inherited, or are geniuses the products of stimulating and supportive homes?

Too often, writers don't nail down exactly what they mean by genius. Simonton tries, with this thorough, slightly ponderous, definition: Geniuses are those who "have the intelligence, enthusiasm, and endurance to acquire the needed expertise in a broadly valued domain of achievement" and who then make contributions to that field that are considered by peers to be both "original and highly exemplary."

If you think Simonton got it right, what about accidental discoveries? consider the case of biologist Alexander Fleming, who, in 1928, "noticed quite by chance that a culture of Staphylococcus had been contaminated by a blue-green mold. Around the mold was a halo." Bingo: penicillin. But what if you had been in Fleming's lab that day and noticed the halo first? WOULD YOU BE THE GENIUS?

I believe in the words of famous Thomas Edison,

GENIUS IS ONE PERCENT INSPIRATION AND NINETY-NINE PERCENT PERSPIRATION

I've never seen a definition more precise and accurate as this! Now you'll say, "is Edison not a human?", of course he is but he missed the percentage, it should be 60% inspiration and 40% perspiration. This is the mystery - inspiration. Gotcha!

If we did all the things we are capable of doing we will literally astound ourselves and influence the world. In ancient Rome, the genius (plural in Latin genii) was the guiding spirit or tutelary deity of a person, family (gens), or place (genius loci). The noun is related to the Latin verb gigno, genui, genitus, "to bring into being, create, produce."

Therefore, a touch of genius is a touch of diety, of divinity, of GOD! If you don't get this straight now, you may never impart your world positively. God has the ability to bring into being, create, or produce, but guess what? the bible says "Ye are gods and all of you are children of the Most High (Psalm 82:6)". This is not just doctrine but present day reality. Are all children of God or are there specific persons? The bible is clear on this "but as many as receive him, to them gave he right to become the sons of God, even as many that believe on his name", it's simple - believe and become!

"For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son (Jesus Christ) that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16)". Jesus is the answer! He is the way the truth and the life (John 14:6), believe in him and you'll receive eternal life which is the life of God and be awakened from spiritual death. This is what Isaiah said about Jesus "The Spirit of God will rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding" (Isaiah 11:2) not manly wisdom but divine wisdom. The bible says all things were made by Jesus (Colossians 1:16) who is the word of God made flesh (John 1:14), the moment you accept him into your life, you now possess the mind of Christ i.e. the wisdom of creation, of things seen and unseen, you will now have the God-mentality, you'll think like him because you'll have his mind. That's why he said "Come now, let us reason together"(Isaiah 1:18), you can't say that to your dog because it's got a lower power of reason but God invites a regenerated human to reason with Him. Halleluyah! Wotcha call that? One word! GENIUS!!

Say this prayer out loud and sincerely believe it in your heart "O God, I confess that I'm a sinner alienated from the divine order. I believe that your Son Jesus Christ died for me and that you raised him from the dead. I confess him this day as Lord and master of my life and pray for your grace to be on my life as I know more of him henceforth. In Jesus name I pray - Amen".

By reason of the prayer you are a new creature (1 Corinthians 5:17) and a saved person (Romans 10:9) and also a GENIUS!
